Heat not working- Owner are petty. Positive: Location was perfect for our trip to Yosemite. Close to shopping, dining and gas. Beautiful views. Camper was as pictured on the website. Negative: Freezing cold. No heat! As a home and AirBnb owner, I tried to avoid this review because I understand how things can go wrong but these folks were either un bothered or too arrogant to have a conversation about a mutual refund. Short story, we were a one night stay. We arrived late, after 8pm. Followed the instructions and came inside. Note, the camper is at 2500/ elevation above sea level. The AC was on when we arrived. Temp dropped in the valley, turned AC off went to bed. Woke up at 4am/ 7am EST Freezing!! Hands and feet were icy cold. Grabbed the blanket, went to the furnace box. Nothing. No instructions. Husband tried every mode it get it running, nothing. Tried the fireplace, batteries dead. Decided against turning on the oven. Hunkered down to wait for sunrise and call the owners. At 730am Sent three message thru booking.com and left two voicemail messages. No response. Sat outside in the sun to warm up. Inside was colder than outside. Its 9am, checkout at 10am. Too cold to take a shower so I sent another email and a video message that were leaving. Exited the HH pulled into the CVS, got dressed in the sun light parking lot. Here the issue, I was sincere in asking for a partial refund. I get it. Housekeeping has to clean the room but this should not be a debate. I dont expect this camper should be wrapped in Tyvek or insulation but I have no patience to argue the obvious,- the heating unit WAS NOT WORKING. At 250/ night i didn't get the HH experience. I was looking forward to breakfast, the scenery and the hot tub but didnt do any of it. Not happy. I tried working with these folks for the last 6 days. Im on vacation no patience for nonsense chatter. Ive escalated this with booking.com and my credit card. Very disappointed. Do better as property owners for yourself and your guests. You have a hidden gem so dont ruin it with petty behavior.

Very nice RV in a gated driveway with nice view. It was quiet and relaxing. It was right up the street from Oakhurst and we stayed while visiting Yosemite. Extremely close to Bass Lake where we enjoyed an afternoon. The host was extremely responsive to messages. The bed was comfortable and accommodating for the reasonable price. I was so happy I chose here vs a stuffy overpriced hotel. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Positive: Everything was exceptional, the stay, the view and the comfort of a home.

Relaxing, comfortable stay with privacy and amazing views! Positive: This is the ultimate in privacy and comfort which is what we liked the most. The views and location were amazing and the bed was a dream- very comfortable. Hope to stay again. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like- if I had to pick something, the only issue was not having a stove- we expected to be able to cook and bought food only to be told to use the microwave- they had a small plug in that did not work with the pans. Invest in a good induction “modern” hot plate at the least. That was really the only bummer but not that hard to deal with.

The hosts were great, any questions were answered within minutes. The view was awesome, enjoyed the fire pit.
