Will not rent again. Property management company is a problem. Positive: Beautiful hot tub, kitchen well supplied, games and puzzles, terrific washer and dryer, comfortable big bed. Very private. Enclosed dog kennel, but, read about it. The house was really very nice but not five star. I would give it a three and a half because of the comments I include in unsatisfactory. Negative: 102 degrees outside and limits on a/c home was staying around 85-90 degrees. Dog kennel not usable because of puncture vine everywhere in the pen and throughout the unkempt yard area. I disclosed our service dog but was unable to get he refund of $20/day after I finally spoke to a human. We arrived early and the home was ready but would have to incur a $25 hour early check-in fee. Rat feces all over the entrance mat. Bathroom clean but, needs upgrade and has low water pressure.Can’t check in until 4:00, have to check out before 10:00. There is no balcony as mentioned in property description and the lake views consist of a peak view through trees to a small section of water. At the top of the driveway.

Every aspect of my anticipation was met successfully. Sitting outside on the patio with morning cup of coffee, Jacuzzi nightly with glass of Scotch. It was a well rounded Valentine's weekend.

Exceptionally pleasant stay Positive: Very easy to access and very lovely comfortable place. Hot tub was a huge surprise and just a very enjoyable stay. Negative: Everything was amazing
