The cottage was fine in all respects EXCEPT management responsiveness.
Negative: Manager claimed to be only ten minutes from the property, but it took 24 hours just to get a set of TOWELS.
Management was only responsive when it came to collecting money…..not at all when it came to providing SERVICE
