"Luxury lodge" is laughable. Poorly maintained property, and experience turned extremely negative by rude hosts.Twice, trash was left outside the dumpster - not by us - and was shredded by animals. We let the host know, and we cleaned it up both times. Host didn't thank us or apologize for the trouble. Just said to make sure the dumpster was chained. Which it 100% was, both times.Rodent problem. Saw mice in the house multiple times, coming in thru fireplace vent. Clearly a known issue for this home, as there are mousetraps around the house, under beds and such.One faucet in the master bathroom is split open, sprays on the wall when you turn it on. Not a little. When we arrived, dumpster was full to the brim; had to smush things down to make room. Dumpster was not emptied the four days/three nights we were there.Other issues: Washer barely worked. Ice machine didn't work. Walls, switches, outlets very dirty. Carpet stained and worn. Doors scratched up by animals. Water stains/mold on ceilings. Mildew in showers, one drain extremely slow. Silverware drawer barely opens. Oven prevents multiple drawers from opening. Coffee pot dirty. Game room stool ripped. Broken slats on the patio railing. Broken patio chair. Patio door trim pulling away from the wall, gap filled with spray foam insulation. Grill dirty. Fire pit knob missing. Trash left by previous occupant.I'm not picky. But with all of that, plus a rude host? Run. Zero stars.

Amazing for large groups. Comfortable

Positive: Love that its clean, it had everything we needed and the property is amazing! Thanks for the giant Christmas tree, wasn’t expecting one. Negative: None
