Creekside Dream

The property was great. Very clean. The only issue was that when we checked in only the master bedroom was unlocked/available. When we booked the property we reported 3 adults would be staying. It was three separate adults with only one bed available. When I tried to call the management company it went to voicemail. My email was not answered right away. We noticed the management company was just down the road and went there before it closed and were able to get the access codes to get into the other bedrooms right before they closed. Jennifer did respond but said that all rooms were not available based on the contract and how many people were registered. But the property listed a game room as one of the amenities which was in the basement where the other bedrooms were located and we were not going to be allowed access to it without the code for the basement door. I don’t understand how three adults were expected to share one bed. If only certain areas of the house are going to be made available, then that needs to be clearly stated which it was not

We like and appreciate your property. Clean and private. Wish host mentioned burn down property next door, mentioned it’s absolutely no grass on a back of the property so it’s not enjoyable at all ( dust and dirt) Few unnecessary hiccups with locking doors and cherry on top loosing power for our half day and all last night stay. We left with mixed feelings…

Truly a dream and we can’t wait to go back! Positive: The house was clean! And all the amenities were in good condition. The kitchen was updated and had very nice appliances and the cupboards were fully stocked with every tool we could possibly need. Negative: Nothing.

This vacation home was beautiful. As well as the surrounding area. It wasn’t as “remote “ as I thought it was, but that didn’t change the way I felt about being there. The hosts were really nice, accommodating. The only issue, which was out of their control, was the broken water pipe, caused by the gardeners. That was remedied very quickly, however the ice maker in the fridge stopped making ice, and for 24 hours we had none there. But…every and any thing we needed was supplied by hosts, such add utensils, cookware, towels, blankets, a grill. Although it was just myself and 2 grandchildren the home was more than capable of holding several more people or families comfortably. I would stay again, and so would the kids. And I have to mention the game room! Lots of games, foosball, and a pool table, which is where we spent a good deal of time in the evening!

We absolutely love this place. We have stayed multiple times before in past years and hopefully will continue to visit in the future. Its the perfect get away and it provides absolutely everything you could need for you and your family. Thank you for the stay.
