The big open space was great for large families 20+ ppl. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. It is very kid friendly. All of the kids were entertained for hours. The beds were comfortable. However, it could have been cleaner. Several rooms were dirty (dust, cobwebs). The outdoor deck needed to be swept. It's outdated. The dumpster that was on the premise was not emptied completely. We had a ton of trash (25 people). We were not able to throw away all of our garbage in the dumpster. Check out time is too early, 10am!?! Plus the fee they charge you for extended check out is expensive. For the price we paid I was expecting more. Despite all that, we had a great time.
